Make-up for a photo session belongs to a special category of makeup, it is about the importance of bright colors and textures, because lighting equipment often eats up the brightness and contrast in make-up, while making the it more calm and sustained. Even the most natural make-up requires considerable effort from the make-up artist.
General rules for preparing for photoshoot:
- Do not spend an evening in front of a glass of beer or any other spirits, as the hamster’s face with bags under the eyes is what you need the least.
- The same applies to all products that have a significant amount of salt + all kinds of canned and pickled vegetables.
- For a couple of days I recommend to make a light peeling and eyebrow correction.
- If you decide to go to the solarium, then I also recommend to do it at least three days before the shooting, in order to avoid unpleasant surprises; the same goes for tanning.
Solarium for photoshoots in general is a dangerous thing, light reddened skin after sunburn, in the photo turns out like “red candle”, which cannot be disguised with nothing! If, however, this happened, use a concealer of blue color, it will slightly muffle the red. Apply a thin layer of it on the whole face, then apply a tone. Then it will be for Photoshop.
